Make a request
Email hello@stax3.com with the subject Data Rights Request. Describe the right you want to exercise and the information involved. We may request enough information to verify your identity and protect your data.
- We normally respond within one month
- Complex requests may require additional time where the law permits
- There is usually no fee unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive
Legal basis and complaints
Stax3 processes personal data based on consent, contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interests as appropriate. You may complain to the data protection authority in your country if you believe your rights have not been respected.
