Our services
Stax3 provides product, design, software engineering, game development, AI integration, cloud, mobile, and technical consulting services. Scope, deliverables, timing, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or contract.
Project engagement
Work begins after the parties approve the relevant agreement. Payment schedules, delivery responsibilities, and change procedures are stated in that agreement.

Intellectual property
Ownership of custom work is governed by the project agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fully paid custom deliverables transfer to the client, while Stax3 retains its existing tools, methods, and reusable materials.

- Portfolio use is subject to the project agreement and confidentiality obligations
Confidentiality and acceptable use
Each party must protect confidential information received through an engagement. The website and services may not be used unlawfully, to interfere with systems, or to infringe another party's rights.
